Turkey Noodle Soup

On the Menu Today~
Turkey Noodle Soup

This delicious and comforting soup is made with a meaty turkey carcass,
I prefer to use the word 'frame' instead of 'carcass', (it just sounds a lot nicer...)
that I had saved from our Christmas turkey.

Take as much meat off the turkey frame as possible and
place the turkey frame in a large plastic bag,
seal it up and freeze until you're ready to make this soup.
Also, save and freeze at least 2 to 3 cups of turkey,
so you can add extra turkey to your soup.

Sounds like a great way to stay warm this winter....
with a big, steamy bowl of homemade soup.

The History and Words of Auld Lang Syne~

In 1788, Robert Burns sent the poem 'Auld Lang Syne' to the Scots Musical Museum,
indicating that it was an ancient song but that he'd been the first to record it on paper...
It has been a much-loved Scottish tradition to sing the song just before midnight.
