Megan Ann is here today to share 5 delicious recipes for great skin and
who doesn't want great looking skin!
Her recipes are easy, healthy and delicious.
I have wanted to incorporate 'juicing' into my diet for some time now.
'Juicing' is great way to use up those single fruits and
veggies that have a way of lingering around.
Now you can take that one left-over apple, orange,
carrot, avocado and/or handful of kale and
make a delicious and good-for-you juice.

Juicing is an all-natural beauty secret for achieving a soft, healthier, and glowing skin. When doing it to have amazing skin, there is something much more than just
juicing; you need to incorporate potent ingredients that are known to hold excellent skin benefits.
These potent ingredients attract special juicing recipes that I am set to discuss; but
before that, let’s have a look at the most powerful ingredients included in the
juice recipes for great skin.
Powerful Ingredients for a Great Skin Juice Recipe
Leafy Green
The leafy greens like kale and spinach contain a lot of essential vitamins while others like parsley and watercress help purify the blood.
Carrot
Carrots contain insane amounts of Vitamin A which your body later converts to beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is an excellent antioxidant that rejuvenates the skin cells,
preventing them from aging quickly.
Beets
Beets are rich in nutrients that are beneficial to the skin. But most important; beets are blood and liver cleansers and as we all know, clean blood results to healthy skin.
Bell peppers
Bell peppers are incredibly rich in vitamin C which helps boost collagen. Collagen is very helpful since it protects the skin from the sun’s UV rays.
Apple
Aple is one of the healthiest fruit you can find out there. It is added as an ingredient to the juice recipes for great skin due to its antioxidant flavonoids that benefit the skin appearance.

Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits like oranges and lemon are great sources of vitamin C which we said it helps boost the skin’s collagen. Also, citrus fruits are good detoxification agents.

Stuffed Green Peppers

On the Menu Today~
Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers

For me,
Stuffed Green Peppers are one of those recipes,
that signals Autumn is right around the corner.
It's a recipe you make when temperatures have turned cooler and
there are an abundance of large fresh green peppers found at the farmer's market or
if your like me, your favorite farm stand.

I recently stopped at one my favorite farm stands with my grandson Eliott.
I have been stopping there each year for almost 5 years.
The prices are unbelievable low,
the owners of the farm are exceptionally friendly and
the produce is always fresh and delicious.
Unfortunately, the day we stopped at the farm stand,
they didn't have a lot to pick from but
we enjoyed the beautiful day and
the last few days left of summer.

Come along and join us on our adventure~

Autumn and Holiday baking season.

Nothing is better than a cup of hot chocolate and
