Slow- Cooker Broccoli


One of our all-thyme favorite recipe from
Taste of Home
This delicious slow cooker broccoli recipe makes
an appearance on our Thanksgiving table each and
every year.


Slow Cooker Broccoli


Ingredients
  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup butter-flavored crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Cooking Directions:
  1. In a lightly greased crock pot combine; broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Sprinkle crackers on top; dot with butter.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Cook 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
