A delicious coffee flavored icing...
Perfect to drizzle over scones, muffins, cake or
any sweet treat that needs an added subtle coffee flavor.
For an added bonus, top with chopped,
chocolate, covered espresso beans.

Coffee Icing

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons cold brewed coffee
• 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
• chopped chocolate covered espresso beans

Cooking Directions

1. In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except chopped chocolate espresso beans.
2. Drizzle icing over scones, cookies, bars or cakes.
3. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate covered espresso beans.
