Orange Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 (6 oz) bone-in pork loin chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon onion and garlic seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425º
  2. Combine juice, marmalade, minced garlic and mustard in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until syrupy.
  3. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with onion/garlic seasoning blend, salt and pepper. Add chops to pan; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned. Turn pork chops over. Pour juice mixture over chops; cook for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until a thermometer registers 140º
