Blueberries
Try fruit for lunch!
Cantaloupe with Lemon Yogurt and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe cantaloupe
- 1 container lemon yogurt (Greek)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, discard.
- Spoon Greek yogurt into middle of cantaloupe.
- Top with berries and drizzle with honey.
