Roasted Baby Carrots

To add more vegetables to your diet,
try roasting your vegetables....

Roasting vegetables has become our new
favorite way to enjoy our vegetables.
All recipes I have tried have turned out super.
From Roasted Brussels Sprouts to
these delicious Roasted Baby Carrots.







Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons garlic and onion seasoning blend
Cooking Directions
  1. Rinse carrots, pat dry.
  2. Heat oven to 425º
  3. Place carrots on a foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
  6. Bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until carrots are roasted and tender.
  7. Remove from oven and Enjoy.
