Roasted Baby Carrots
To add more vegetables to your diet,
try roasting your vegetables....
Roasting vegetables has become our new
favorite way to enjoy our vegetables.
All recipes I have tried have turned out super.
From Roasted Brussels Sprouts to
these delicious Roasted Baby Carrots.
Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 to 4 tablespoons garlic and onion seasoning blend
- Rinse carrots, pat dry.
- Heat oven to 425º
- Place carrots on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with seasoning blend.
- Bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until carrots are roasted and tender.
- Remove from oven and Enjoy.
Health Note: Berries are fiber giants. Just 1 cup of blackberries or raspberries gives you a whopping 8 grams of fiber, one-third of your daily fiber needs.
