Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 (6 oz) containers 99 % fat free mixed berry yogurt
- honey to taste
- In a blender, place berries, juice and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
