Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Muffins
Banana Chocolate Chip Sourdough Scones
Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter (fed)
- 2/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium ripe mashed bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Combine starter, oil, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl. Mix well. Stir in mashed banana's. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then stir into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into 24 cup greased muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and cool on wire rack.
