Game Day Recipe~
{Easy} Taco Dip

This recipe is very similar to the taco dip you can find in the deli section of most supermarkets.
Even though the pre-made taco dip is very handy to pick up on your way to a party...
they are often very expensive.

If you have some extra time,
try to make your own...
It will be well worth the effort and
taste so much better too.

{Easy} Taco Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 envelope (1.25 oz) dry taco seasoning mix
  • shredded lettuce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons taco sauce
Cooking Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Add sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Beat until creamy and smooth.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture into a 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and shredded cheese.
  4. Drizzle with taco sauce.
