Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 6 to 8 cloves garlic, roasted
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed

Cooking Directions

1. Roast 6 to 8 large garlic cloves*
2. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer, add milk, beat until creamy. Add sliced green onions, roasted garlic and seasoning. Beat together well.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours
4. Serve with buttery crackers
