All Day Long Beef Roast

Colder weather means...
It's time to bring out the Crock-Pot!
This is our all thyme favorite cold weather recipe.



Throw eveything in your crock-pot and
head out the door for a day of fun.
When you get home,
dinner will be waiting for you~


All Day Long Beef Roast

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 pounds boneless, beef chuck roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix, dry
  • 5 to 6 carrots, peeled and left whole
  • 5 to 6 small red potatoes, scrubbed and left whole
  • 1 acorn squash, cut in half, scoop out seeds
Cooking Directions
  1. Place beef roast in bottom of 5 quart crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
  3. Spoon cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, on top of roast, season with pepper.
  4. Place carrots, potatoes and squash in crock pot. Cover.
  5. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
