without these fun and delicious jell-o squares.
Kids will gobble them up and so will you.


Red, White and Blue Broken Glass Jell-o,
will look great sitting on your picnic table this 4th of July~

Red, White and Blue Broken Glass Jell-o

Ingredients
  • 5 1/2 cups boiling water, divided
  • 2 (3 oz) packages strawberry flavored jello gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz) packages berry blue flavored jello gelatin
  • 2 envelopes (Knox) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Cooking Directions
  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each fruit flavor gelatin. Mix well, pour into separate small shallow food storage containers sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Refrigerate 2 or more hours or until firm.
  3. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir in remaining boiling water. Add sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Cool slightly.
  4. Cut flavored gelatin into cubes. Randomly place cubes in a 13 x 9 inch dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over gelatin cubes. Skim off bubbles, if desired, for a smoother look.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares.
