Everyone seems to have a favorite.
This is our families favorite..

Gringo Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature and cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (16 oz) container pepper jack or queso blanco Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (9 oz) package frozen chopped creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
- tortilla chips or frito corn chips
- Place all ingredients in a 5 quart slow cooker, stir together well.
- Heat on low for 2 to 4 hours or until melted, creamy and bubbly.
- Continue to heat on low or turn slow cooker to warm to keep warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips or frito scoops.
