Overnight Coconut Pecan Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 8 cups water
- 1 (15 oz) can coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Lightly butter 6 quart slow cooker.
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker, stir.
- Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
