{Easy} Eggnog Waffles

Start your day off right with this easy recipe for
Eggnog Waffles.



Eggnog Waffles are made easy with a boxed
Buttermilk Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix,
purchased eggnog and then
topped with canned whole-berry cranberry sauce.



{Easy} Eggnog Waffles

Ingredients
  • 2 cups buttermilk complete pancake and waffle mix
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Cooking Directions
  1. Place pancake/waffle mix into a large bowl. Add eggnog, vanilla extract and oil. Whisk together just until moistened. Set aside for 10 minutes. Empty can of whole-berry sauce into a small glass bowl, microwave for 60 to 90 seconds to warm.
  2. Stir waffle mixture. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops and light turns green. Remove waffles from waffle irons.

Serve waffles with warmed whole cranberry sauce and/or maple syrup.
