Candy Corn Butterscotch Pudding Cups

Candy corn is one of those quintessential Halloween treats, 
but this recipe puts a fun spin on the festive candy--
It’s a layered pudding dessert that looks like candy corn.  

A layer of pineapple represents the yellow end of a piece of candy corn, 
the butterscotch pudding layer is like the orange middle section of the candy and 
marshmallows look like the white tip of the corn.

Ingredients

• 1 package (13 oz) (Snack Pack) butterscotch pudding
• 12 drops yellow food coloring
• 4 drops red food coloring
• 2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Cooking Directions

1. Stir together pudding and food coloring in small bowl.
2. Layer pineapple, colored pudding and marshmallows evenly in 4 small serving dishes or plastic cups. Chill before serving, if desired
