Maple Pork Chops

A simple but tasty way to make Pork Chops.
Complete this meal with Jasmine Rice and
Steamed Vegetables~






Maple Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
Cooking Directions
  1. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside. Cooking time will vary according to the thickness of your pork chops. Remove chops, reserving drippings in skillet. Place chops on a serving platter, keep warm.
  2. Add brown sugar, evaporated milk, light corn syrup and maple syrup to the pan. Bring to a boil. Stir in pecans and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Spoon pecan mixture over chops.
