Creamy Pork Roast in Crock Pot

Ingredients

• 3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
• 1 package dry onion soup mix
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 (18 oz) can creamy roasted garlic cooking sauce (Progresso Recipe Starters)

Cooking Directions

1. Place pork roast in crock pot. Sprinkle pork roast with dry onion soup mix; add minced onion and garlic. Pour cooking sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
