Chocolate Coconut Haystacks

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds milk chocolate, melted (use a good quality chocolate)
• 1 (16 oz) bag sweetened flaked coconut

Cooking Directions

1. Stir coconut into melted chocolate, adding more coconut if needed. Stir until coconut is well coated. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. When chocolate is set, store in an air tight container.
