Chocolate Cereal Clusters

Ingredients

2 pounds milk chocolate, melted (use a good quality chocolate, such as Ambrosia Chocolate)
1 (18-20 oz) box corn flake cereal

Cooking Directions

Crush cornflakes in the bag they come in with your hands, leaving cornflakes in bite size pieces. Melt chocolate in the microwave, in a large bowl, until melted and smooth.
Add crushed cornflakes, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well coated after each addition.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with wax paper.
When chocolate has harden, remove candy.
Store in an air-tight container, between sheets of wax paper. Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
