Holiday Wassail in Crock-Pot

Holiday Wassail in the Crock-Pot

Wassail is wonderful to serve before your Thanksgiving Dinner.
When your guests arrive,
they'll enjoy having a warm cup of Wassail to sip on,
when they come in from the cold.


Wassail in a Crock Pot is made with
Pumpkin Spice Liqueur.


Wassail in a Crock Pot

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, (Hiram Walker)
  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 to 6 whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 lemons, sliced
Cooking Directions:
  1. In large crock-pot, add 2 cups Pumpkin Spice Liqueur and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Stir. Fill crock pot with apple cider. Stir. Add whole cloves, 2 to 4 cinnamon sticks and float lemon slices on top. Cover
  2. Heat on High for one hour
  3. Turn to Low to keep warm
  4. Add more apple cider and/or pumpkin spice liqueur as needed.
