Wasabi Stuffed Shrimp is fast, easy and delicious.

attending a New Year's Eve celebration,
this is the perfect appetizer to make.


Wasabi Stuffed Shrimp is fast, easy, different and delicious.
Softened cream cheese is mixed with prepared wasabi and
piped into shrimp pockets.....easy, peasy~


Wasabi Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds cooked, large/jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons prepared wasabi, (from a tube)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Cooking Directions
  1. In a small bowl, place cream cheese, wasabi paste and salt.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat until well blended and creamy.
  3. Cut a slit in the back of each shrimp. cutting almost all the way through.
  4. Use a small spoon or pastry bag, stuff each shrimp with some of the wasabi cream cheese.
  5. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.
