- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 (16 oz) package stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, green beans, carrots, celery, onions, red pepper, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas, sugar snap peas)
- 1 (8 oz) package vermicelli noodles
- 8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
- Cut beef diagonally across the grain into thin slices; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; add half the beef and saute 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining oil and beef.
- To skillet, add package of stir fry vegetables; saute 5 minutes. Return beef to skillet and add sesame sauce mixture; cook until thoroughly heated through.
